Cablesheer is a seasoned contractor with accreditation to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. We not only meet legal requirements but also strive for excellence beyond industry benchmarks. Continuous improvement is at the core of our approach, achieved through effective communication, education, training, and the careful selection of competent workers. Our ultimate goal is to ensure their comprehensive understanding of tasks and workspace requirements.

Our dedicated employees rigorously adhere to our Health and Safety (H&S) policy and Safe System of Work. This comprehensive approach includes rigorous risk assessments, method statements, compliance with permit system requirements, deployment of competent professionals, provision of suitable equipment, and the provision of ample training and supervision. We have developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all tasks, including measures to prevent the spread of pathogens. We are committed to conducting thorough risk assessments to protect all stakeholders and intellectual properties (IPs).

Safety and quality is at the heart of everything we do. Our in-house safety and quality control team work closely with our project teams to ensure works are undertaken and completed safely and efficiently, in accordance to our ‘right first time’ approach striving for zero defects with every job that we do.

At Cablesheer, safety is paramount. We have a comprehensive H&S framework to protect everyone involved. No work starts without proper inductions and approved RAMS. Our qualified personnel, alongside industry-standard accreditation, ensure the safety and well-being of all.

Training: Supervisors and relevant personnel receive CITB, fire marshal, and first aid training. Additional qualification needs are assessed during pre-construction to ensure adequate resources for first aid, emergency response, and MHFA. Performance of safety-critical roles is audited internally.

Cablesheer maintains an excellent safety record, ensuring staff are correctly prepared for their work by providing the correct training, support, PPE, tools etc.

We work closely with our clients to ensure that every project is delivered in a safe manner. H&S and quality control feature high on our monthly progress meeting agendas with our clients, sharing site audits and inspection reports. We monitor, track and share any changes in regulations, successes, potential issues and incidences with our client on an ongoing basis.
