Cablesheer’s Retrofit & Decarbonisation Division supports housing providers, local authorities, and main contractors in achieving energy efficiency and carbon-reduction targets.
We act as the Principal Contractor and Managing Organisation, overseeing projects delivered by our approved PAS 2030:2019 and TrustMark-accredited partners. Through this model, all retrofit measures are installed by certified specialists, while Cablesheer manages compliance, programme delivery, quality assurance, and resident communication under the PAS 2035 framework.
While Cablesheer does not currently hold PAS 2030 or PAS 2035 installer accreditation, we ensure every project meets the full requirements of these standards through our governance, audit, and quality management systems. This approach allows clients to benefit from our expertise in coordination, safety management, and delivery oversight, ensuring each retrofit project achieves both technical compliance and high-quality outcomes.
