Cablesheer was appointed as Principal Contractor for the re-cladding of 231 existing detached, semi-detached and terraced properties on the Barking Riverside estate following our client’s review of the fire safety of homes across the Estate, supported by independent advice on fire safety.
The full scope of works included the replacement of all external building cladding, balcony timber decking, soffit cladding and joists, and carport soffit replacement and joists.
