Cablesheer was appointed by our client to undertake the soft strip, demolition and levelling of four storey flats across a large site within the London Borough of Greenwich.

Soft Strip – the soft strip stage included removal of all non-structural components, including window frames and hazardous materials such as asbestos.

Asbestos removal – the works included the safe removal of all asbestos materials from the fixtures and structure.

Controlled demolition – we carefully undertook demolition works adjacent to residential housing.

Levelling –crushed concrete was recycled and levelled across the site.
