Cablesheer Group was appointed contractor for the soft strip of a former office building within the Oxleas NHS Trust Memorial Hospital site.

The scope of works included the removal of asbestos from within the office building to both internal and external areas.

We undertook full removal of asbestos from:
• Textured coating
• Floor tiles and bitumen
• Cement roof sheets.

In addition, we removed the building’s slab and foundations and undertook the full demolition of the building, located adjacent to the main hospital.
