Fire stopping to be completed to ongoing kitchen and bathroom installations to multiple social housing residential blocks.

Existing suites were removed, and all existing and/or newly made penetrations were fire-stopped to re-establish the compartment line. All work for each unit had to be completed in a single day to ensure the program remained on schedule.

Works were undertaken and completed under the BM Trada Q Mark scheme and subject to audit, where sufficient evidence of compliant installations must be demonstrated and recorded. This ensures a consistent thread of information is gathered and therefore, able to be collated within the relevant O&M’s.
