Dominion Road was a 4 unit development on a redundant garage site for Optivo. The site was subject to environmental issues, namely fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour. It also had security issues following the development of social housing in the area, which left the void garage infill space that backed onto these properties’ rear gardens.
