Phoenix Community Housing recognised the adverse effects of damp and mould on residents’ health and well-being. Dampness in buildings can lead to the growth of mould, which poses respiratory risks and can exacerbate existing health conditions. To address these concerns, Phoenix Community Housing initiated a project to systematically identify, assess, and eliminate damp and mould-related issues across its properties.
