Our client, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, appointed Cablesheer Group as the Principle Contractor to undertake a full estate regeneration via their capital works team which entailed a replacement programme of non-compliant fire doors and associated refurbishment works across 106 units, following a ten-year search for a competent multi-disciplinary contractor.
