This Project was comprised of two 4-bedroom detached new-build homes, which are set in a quaint village, deemed one of Kent’s most prestigious locations.

Works Included site demolition and clearance, full design and build complete with landscaping. Code for sustainable homes level 3 was achieved.

All properties were sold off plan and a fast-tracked programme was achieved to enable us to move on to our next development projects.
