Cablesheer is proud to have worked with Wandle Housing to provide six newly built homes (two four-bedroom and four two-bedroom houses) in this horseshoe footprint development in London’s Beulah Road.

The tightly accessed site, once home to a dilapidated commercial workshop, has been opened to provide living space for up to 28 people. The design has incorporated natural material and a green roof to soften the neighbouring properties’ visual impact.

The houses have been built to meet ‘secured by design’ ‘buildings for life’ and ‘lifetime homes’ standards and have achieved ‘code for sustainable homes level 4.’
