Fire, risk assessment remediation

Works were undertaken within residential care and extra care homes and comprised of a joint scoping visit to ascertain the works required and to agree any additional items requiring consideration were subsequently approved and scoped accordingly.

Work included fire door maintenance, fire door installation, fire stopping, refuse chute installation, scooter store installation, and alarm/lighting upgrades, and were to be completed with suitable consideration to the residents and their level of care requirement. Thorough considerations were made to assess all risks related to the work and how best to deliver the full body of work whilst managing and surpassing the client’s expectations.
