Built on behalf of Hexagon Housing Association, the scope of works at 28 Russell Hill comprised of the demolition of an existing building; Erection of one four-storey building and one two-storey building comprising five one-bedroom, five two-bedroom and three three-bedroom flats. Works also included the provision of vehicular access and of parking spaces, along with refuse storage and associated landscaping.
