THE TIGHTLY ACCESSED SITE, WHICH WAS ONCE HOME TO A DILAPIDATED COMMERCIAL WORKSHOP, HAS BEEN OPENED UP TO PROVIDE LIVING SPACE FOR UP TO 28 PEOPLE. THE DESIGN HAS INCORPORATED NATURAL MATERIAL AND A GREEN ROOF TO PROVIDE A SOFTENED VISUAL IMPACT TO THE NEIGHBOURING PROPERTIES.

THE HOUSES HAVE BEEN BUILT TO MEET ‘SECURED BY DESIGN’, ‘BUILDINGS FOR LIFE’ AND ‘LIFETIME HOMES’ STANDARDS AND HAVE ACHIEVED ‘CODE FOR SUSTAINABLE HOMES LEVEL 4’.
